What was the toughest part, when I came from the hospital? It was to stop to observe the symptoms of sickness. It always happened suddenly. I started to feel nausea and it was very difficult to breathe. I started panic … it will happen again … .

After many of such events I find out one thing. When I turned attention to something different, the nausea disappeared. The best change was, when I started to speak with somebody else – for example about the family, event, sport, job … . It changed my mind and all symptoms disappeared… .

Throwback to previous “bad thing” does not help us. We need to open ourselves to current time and current situation. We have so many opportunities to do what we like and to be happy.  We can apply this to every bad experience and live our current life – to catch the life and to do what we really want to do.

If we do, what we want to do, it give us energy to do more things which we like to do. And this perpetuum mobile open for us the new world.
